CEE works with executives, middle managers, and staff to develop natural leadership abilities through case scenarios, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching. The outcome is to improve performance when dealing with challenging situations and to effectively get others on board to reaching the organization’s goals. Coaching engagements start at $1,500 per person.
Individual’s Goals Coaching
CEE offers personal/life goal coaching to individuals. Individuals have personal goals they want to achieve and need someone to help them through whatever is causing them to not succeed. Also, through discovery, there may be a goal that has not manifested that should be added to the goal attainment list. The outcome is to have a person work on obtaining the life goals free of barriers to achievement. Individual’s Goals Coaching start at $800.00 per person.
